Styling Options:
AFRO Kinky COILY
- All curly textures require more maintenance to keep the natural curls looking fresh.
- This is a high maintenance texture, as it mimics 4b/4c hair.
- Want your coils subdued with a semi-defined 4b/4c coil/wave? Co-wash and define the curls with a Denman brush and your Fave moisturizing leave-in conditioner or curl-defining cream.
- Want Volume? -> define the curls with a wide-toothed comb and your fave leave-in conditioner and curl cream.
- Want a large afro? Why not?==> Comb through and fluff your curls with a wide-toothed comb or pick and go conquer the world.
- You can color, flat twist, 2 strand twist, do a wash and go etc. but treat this texture with TLC.
KINKY CURLY
- Want it subdued with super defined 4a ringlet: Co-wash and define the curls with a Denman brush and your Fave moisturizing leave-in conditioner or curl-defining cream.
- Want 4a/4b volume- define the curls with a wide-toothed comb.
- Want a large afro? Why not? comb through and fluff your curls with a wide-toothed comb or pick and go conquer the world.
Shampooing, Co-washing, and Deep Conditioning
So far i'm totally in love with the following products:
-- Shea Moisture
-- Aussie Miracle Moist line
-- Aussie 3 minute deep conditioner
This best fit for our hair textures is a line that moisturizes the hair, as Afro textured hair texture need a lot of moisture, just like our hair.
Raw Hair
The raw hair collection does not respond to the same products as the kinky textures.
Ideal hair products for this line include the following:
- Tresemme Moisture rich shampoo and conditioner
