All extensions are prepared by our group of selected vendors after your purchase. Unless, I happen to have them in stock.
All wigs are produced after Your order is placed, unless they are listed as "Ready to Ship". Most wigs take 15-25 business days.
All Jewelry and Accessories are available to ship.

Our Business Hours are 10am- 6pm Eastern time.
Orders placed have a 2-5business day processing time for jewelry.
And 20-25 business days processing time for bundles, lace closures, frontals and wigs.
We, however, strive to ship your orders out sooner, when possible.
Your hair will be co-washed before it is shipped, so that it is ready to use right out of the box.
